Das Training ist offen für alle LGBTI+ Personen und findet draußen statt. Schreibt eine Nachricht wenn ihr Fragen habt oder kommt einfach vorbei! Ihr braucht keine Vorerfahrungen. Bringt etwas zu trinken mit und kommt in sportlicher Kleidung/Kleidung in der ihr euch wohlfühlt, euch etwas zu bewegen.
Our second LGBTI+ self-defense training is coming up!!🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
The course is open for all LGBTI+ people, its gonna take place outside. Text us if you want to attend, if you have questions or just come along! You should bring something to drink and clothes that you feel comfortable moving in.
