Our Queer Fiction Bookclub is a book circle that welcomes everyone interested in reading lesbian and queer fiction with others (all are welcome). Every month, we read a work of fiction and meet to discuss it. The discussion meet-up takes place online on the first Wednesday of the month, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm Berlin time. We mostly read & meet in English, but we can accomodate for participation in German if that means you will feel more comfortable joining us! If you need help accessing the book for the month, please mention it in your registration email. You need to register separately via mail (beratung@spinnboden.de) for each month. Please note: we recommend to order the books far enough in advance because although they are available, it can take a bit of time. We select books by queer authors, but most of the time we have not read the book before each meeting and cannot provide content warnings. If you are interested in a book, please make sure you research it and can make a choice that ensures your wellbeing. You are always welcome to step out of the meeting of course if you need a break. If you regularly attend the Bookclub Clara and Juliette are looking forward to jointly select books for the following meetings.
