Join us for a Soft Screening* of ‘Pariah’, directed by Dee Rees. A stunning exploration of Black, queer cinema, ‘Pariah’ maps the journey of a young lesbian in Brooklyn navigating queerness, identity and self-definition with a punk soundtrack to match.
*this is a relaxed screening so there is plenty of space to rest, pause and reflect on the themes that arise during the movie.
Arrival from 7pm, movie begins at 7:30pm
There’ll be herbal tea and light snacks provided but you are welcome to bring some to share. Invite your friends and loved ones, we look forward to unwinding together.
