BIPoC Breathwork
This breathwork session offers a dedicated space for BIPOC folk to pause, rest, and reconnect amidst our current political environment. Through guided breathing and music, we will create a space for grounding, inviting participants to reconnect with their bodies and breath. No prior experience is necessary.
Nia (they/them) is a certified breathwork facilitator with an interest in movement, embodiment, and meditation. They are passionate about creating spaces that support rest, reconnection, and resilience. Nia is a BIPOC South African and their work is informed by an ongoing exploration of burnout, collective healing, and the psychological impact that the current white supremacist capitalist patriarchy we live within has on Black and Brown bodies.
