Angriffe auf CSD Berlin 2026 & offener Austauschraum
Als Berliner Beratungsstelle und Community-Ort von und für trans*, inter* und nicht-binäre Personen sind wir betroffen und geschockt über die Gewalttat, die sich an diesem Wochenende beim Berliner CSD ereignet hat. Unsere Gedanken sind bei den Opfern und ihrem nahen Umfeld sowie bei allen, die Zeug*in des Angriffs wurden.
Wir erleben, wie queerfeindliche Gewalt nicht nur die direkt Anwesenden ängstigt und schockiert, sondern alle Personen, die wissen: Auch mich – oder meine nahen Menschen – hat queerfeindliche Gewalt bereits getroffen oder sie hätte mich hier treffen können. Wir sind mit ihnen traurig und wütend.
Wir stellen uns klar gegen den Versuch, das Attentat für politische Zwecke zu instrumentalisieren, und verurteilen, dass die Tat bereits jetzt dafür herhalten soll, weitere Verschärfung des migrationsfeindlichen und rassistischen sicherheitspolitischen Kurses zu rechtfertigen.
Liebe Queers, liebe inter*, nicht-binäre, trans* und questioning Personen in Berlin und anderswo: wir sind füreinander da. Unsere Räume sind diesen Mittwoch, 29.7. von 17 bis 19 Uhr für alle geöffnet, die gerade zusammen sein, sich autauschen und mit eigenen Gefühlen und Gedanken nicht alleine bleiben wollen.
Attacks on CSD Berlin 2026 & open space for sharing thoughts and feelings on July 29, 5-7 p.m., at TrIQ
As a Berlin-based counseling center and community space run by and for trans*, intersex and non-binary people, we are deeply affected and shocked by the act of violence that took place this weekend at Berlin’s CSD. Our thoughts are with the victims and their loved ones, as well as with everyone who witnessed the attack. We witness how anti-queer violence not only frightens and shocks those directly affected, but also everyone who knows: Anti-queer violence has already affected me – or my loved ones – or it could have affected me on this day. We join them in grief and rage.
We reject any attempt to weaponize this attack for party-political advantages and condemn the fact that the incident should already be used to justify a further tightening of anti-immigrant and racist security policies.
Dear queers, dear intersex, non-binary, trans*, and questioning people in Berlin and elsewhere: we’re here for each other. Our space is open this Wednesday, July 29, from 5 to 7 p.m. for anyone who wants to be together, share their thoughts, and not be alone with their feelings.
